![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If this still doesn't do it for you, i would then proceed with checking your hardware, making sure all of your cables are correctly plugged in, even if you're sure it's good, the MOBO fat cable is really hard to get in fully ON the MOBO and ON the PSU, for the GPU connection i went with 2 different cables 6+2 i used the top 2 slots on the right, i changed the SATA connector cable for my SSD to a more recent newer one (i had it for over 12 years.), changed the mounting screws on the motherboard from again old one (10 + years old screws) to the one provided with the Asus Prime x470-pro motherboard, and lastly i have removed the I/O Shield on the back of the case (the gray one where you plug all the USB keyboard/mouse) i've heard it can cause issue so i didn't take any chances and removed it. In AMD settings under wattman i changed my Memory timing level to 1 instead of Automatic. ![]() Look for AMD External Events Utility, stop it, in the drop down select disabled, press windows key again type in msconfig, go to services check hide all microsoft services, uncheck AMD External Events Utility, apply Ok restart PC. What fixed the issue for me was disabling Asmedia from BIOS, installing windows 10 with internet offline, selecting TAIWAN as my region, installing all of the windows update, installing AMD chipset from my motherboard website, installing asmedia USB driver from my motherboard website, installing AMD drivers, going into services (press windows key type and type in services), Hi i think i may have found the issue plaguing many user Myself included with Blackscreen fan 100% / FPS drops in game followed by Blackscreen or BSOD Thread_Stuck_In_Device_Driver. ![]()
